The following is the description of Kegel's exercises. Try doing this and give us a feedback about your results.
- Rapidly make fast short squeezes with your vaginal muscles, as if trying to hold on urination. Take 10 seconds break, and then repeat once again. Repeat the whole cycle 3 times, then do 30 seconds break before the next exercise.
- Tighten and relax in shifts your vaginal muscles during 5 seconds, then take a 5 second break and start again. Repeat 9 times.
- Tighten your muscles and keep them in such position for 30 seconds, then release them. Repeat twice, then start doing the first exercise again.
- Tighten muscles, fix the position for 5 seconds, then release them. Repeat 10 times.
- Rapidly make fast short squeezes with your vaginal muscles 10 times in a row. Repeat the cycle twice after a short break. The try straightening your muscles as tight as you can and keep the position fixed for as long as possible (120 sec. max). Take a little rest, and then repeat it one more time.
- Tighten and relax your muscles in turns during 2 minutes period initially, gradually making this period longer, up to 20 minutes.
Besides exercises you must use special vaginal beads. You can insert these beads and keep them inside even at your work, making others wonder why you are in such a great mood all the time. You can easily buy them in any sex shop, or buy online that is much more convenient.
